Eagan ( EE-gən) is a city in Dakota County, Minnesota. It is south of Saint Paul and lies on the south bank of the Minnesota River, upstream from the confluence with the Mississippi River. Excellent Customer Service. Bob and team were very responsive and easy to work with. We scheduled a service call to diagnose a furnace issue via FB. I was immediately contacted, after hours even, and informed that I would receive a call from a technician at start of business. Right on time, they called and set a time. They called back a short while later to inform that they could come earlier and arrived on schedule. Great communication. Bob and Dave were courteous, knowledgeable and clearly explained the issues. I appreciate their honesty. I had spoken to two other companies prior to making the call to Bob Boldt and was unimpressed with the treatment. In one instance I was quoted $1700 for the repair without even offering to diagnose the issue! I will be calling Bob in the future for all of our HVAC needs.
All of the people at Bob Boldt HVAC have been extremely helpful and professional with all my needs. I lost my husband not so long ago, and I'm new to figuring out how and what to do for all those repairs and replacements. Mr. Boldt and his staff have always been more than helpful answering my questions and helping me meet the challenges. They are prompt to do the work I need, considerate of my budget, kind and just a pleasure to do business with. Above and beyond the professional side- Mr. Boldt should get a shout out for his support of our community effort to make and donate masks to those in need. When he discovered we had a great need for elastic, Mr. Boldt very kindly donated a 500 yard roll of it so we could continue our effort more easily. I highly recommend them to anyone who needs any type of HVAC work done. A reliable, local company lead by a wonderful man- you couldn't ask for more.
