I recently moved into Solano at Miramar, and the move-in process was a delight nonetheless. I'd like to give a huge thank you to Agnes, as she made the process so much easier. I was working with limited time and was stressed with the moving process. She stayed in contact and was there for any concerns or questions. Even after I moved in, Agnes checked to make sure everything went smoothly. She truly cares about the residents and is a true difference maker.
Coming in to Solano is very home warming! Sarah is very attentive and always accommodating to our needs. Will definitely recommend!!!!
I’ve been here for a few years now and seems to get worst! Maintenance request now take longer, I literally put in a request and have to call a week later to follow up. They do not answer any calls when I call from my cell but magically will answer when I call from my work line. And for my October rent I was fined two $25 fees for trash violations from August. No proof or anything and when I called them said they will research. So they can just add these fees when they feel like. It’s disappointing, I pay my rent on time but can’t get an answer about $50!
