Very great best apartments that I've ever lived at
To Management, !UPDATE! - Your response says more about trying to discredit the review than addressing the actual problem. Whether the review came from a current resident or not doesn’t change the fact that the parking issue exists. Instead of focusing on who wrote the review, management should focus on fixing the ongoing parking problems that multiple people have experienced. Telling people to report issues privately hasn’t resulted in a solution, which is exactly why concerns end up being shared publicly.
